Welcome to DCW Zone's terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a transparent and trustworthy service for creating your custom storyboarded video productions. 

1. Usage: Videos produced by DCW Zone are intended for positive storytelling and memory sharing. We reserve the right to refuse service for requests that involve content aimed at embarrassing, harassing, bribing, or extorting any individual or entity. All video content provided by the client must be legal and ethically sourced. DCW Zone disclaims all liability for any content you provide that may breach these terms. We maintain a strict policy against engaging with any media that could be used for malicious purposes.

2. Payment: To commence the creation of your video, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable to cover initial costs should the client choose not to proceed post-production. Final payment is due upon completion of the video, prior to the release of the final product to the client. We accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, ACH, or Wire. A maximum of five revisions is allowed to ensure client satisfaction, after which the balance is due regardless of additional revision requests.

3. Satisfaction and Cancellation: If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the final video, you are not obligated to make the final payment. However, the initial deposit will be retained by DCW Zone, and no files, previews, or video content will be authorized for use or distribution by the client.

4. Content Liability: Clients are responsible for the legality and ownership of all materials provided to DCW Zone. We are not liable for the content within these files. In cases where we become aware of illegal or seriously criminal content, we are obliged to notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Third-Party Platforms: DCW Zone is not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of any third-party platforms where content may be uploaded, such as YouTube or Vimeo. The client acknowledges that these platforms operate under their own terms and DCW Zone cannot be held liable for any issues arising from their use.

6. Intellectual Property: All original video content created by DCW Zone remains our intellectual property until the final payment is received, after which full ownership is transferred to the client. It is the client's responsibility to secure rights or permissions for any third-party content included in the video.

7. Marketing Use: Client confidentiality and privacy are of the utmost importance at DCW Zone. We do not use any part of your video for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit written consent. If you agree to allow us to showcase your video for such purposes, a separate agreement outlining the scope and duration of the usage will be provided. Your decision to grant or withhold consent for marketing use will not affect the quality or delivery of our services to you.

These terms are put in place to protect both you, the client, and DCW Zone, ensuring a professional and mutually beneficial relationship. By choosing our services, you agree to these conditions, guaranteeing a collaborative and creative journey in bringing your stories to life.
